Transformation Project Lead (Tax & Law Team) - Dublin

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new opportunity with a background in Law & Tax? 

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of transformation projects.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations to improve future project outcomes.
• Develop best practices and tools for effective project execution and management.

Your Skills/Experiences

• Degree in Business, Law, Finance or Accountancy - Masters would be advantageous.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Financial Modelling/Budget Management experience is desirable.
• Proven project management experience in a professional services environment in an area associated with Tax & Law.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Awareness of emerging technology trends relevant to Tax & Legal frameworks e.g. AI/ data analytics.
• Strong Communication skills, ability to work collaborate as part of a team or on own initiative. 
• Problem Solver with strong analytical skills.
