Structural Engineer

ProSource are seeking an experienced structural engineer on behalf of a leading Civil and Structural consultancy for a position in Dublin. 

Requirements

• Honours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years postgraduate experience in an engineering consultancy.
• Chartered Status with Engineers Ireland or close to applying for chartership.
• A sound understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focus, ability to apply engineering principles and codes of practice to solve technical problems.
• Experienced and proficient in use of AutoCAD, Structural Design Software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Carrying out work in accordance with company ISO procedures
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and other members of the project team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Presenting a proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Demonstrating ability to exercise independent judgment in complex design, construction, and project management tasks.
• Delivering robust and cost-effective solutions in materials such as concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
