Structural Design Engineer

ProSource are seeking a structural design engineer on behalf of a leading Civil and Structural consultancy for a position in Kildare. 

*€40,000 - €45,000*

The Ideal Candidate:

• Level 8 Engineering Degree
• 2-4 years’ experience and looking to progress towards Chartered Engineer Status, 
• Experience in Microdrainage/ Infoworks/ Causeway drainage design packages (or similar)  for Foul and Surface water design modelling
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Knowledge of design for roads design / levels / cut and fill for large scale residential and commercial developments
• Good technical report writing skills  
• Scoping and management of 3rd parties specialists – topographical, geotechnical, GPR/ CCTV surveys, traffic  etc
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 

What's my role:

• Carrying out work in accordance with company ISO procedures
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and other members of the project team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Presenting a proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Demonstrating ability to exercise independent judgment in complex design, construction, and project management tasks.
• Attending client and design team meetings
