Site Manager (Germany)

Site Supervisor required for leading specialist subcontractor based in Dublin but expanding operations to mainland Europe. This role will be based in Germany and accommodation, living away allowance and bonus will be included in the package. This company specialises in roofing and cladding and is looking for experienced candidates with a similar background.
 
Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities, specifically focusing on roofing and cladding projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve engineering issues related to the project.
• Collaborate with project managers to achieve project objectives within specified timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, measurements, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role with expertise in roofing and cladding projects.
• Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Flexibility to travel as required for project needs.

 
Package:

• Competitive salary ranging from €65,000 to €75,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
