Site Manager – Residential Apartment Project - North Dublin

ProSource is partnered with a leading developer to recruit a Site Manager for a residential apartment project in North Dublin.

Role Overview:

As Site Manager, you will take charge of all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the construction team, subcontractors, and clients to maintain excellent working relationships and meet project targets. Experience with Structural Steel and traditional cavity block is an advantage. 

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Implement project-specific quality assurance and safety procedures, ensuring compliance by all personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation to facilitate smooth progression of works.
• Develop, agree, and monitor construction schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Identify and address non-conformances, preparing detailed reports and discussing resolutions with the Construction Director within two weeks of occurrence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring commitments are consistently delivered.
• Plan and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labor, to meet project requirements and deadlines.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Irish construction industry.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
