Our client, a leading contractor in the construction sector, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential project in Monaghan Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain efficient workflows.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or challenges and implementing solutions as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work adheres to safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing queries or concerns.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance on-site, conducting toolbox talks and risk assessments as required.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role, preferably in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Full driving license and willingness to be site-based in Monaghan Town.
