As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing on-site activities, ensuring construction projects meet specifications and quality standards. This role will involve working closely with the project team and subcontractors. You will be overseeing Junior Engineers and have the opportunity to oversee the engineering department in the company.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Perform site surveys, measurements, and assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying the site using various instruments and techniques.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and coordination on-site.
  • Monitor progress, conduct quality control checks, and address any deviations from project plans.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to site activities, including reports and records.
  • Assist in the interpretation of technical drawings and specifications, providing guidance to on-site teams.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
  
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ Years) as a Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, site surveying, and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for engineering design and project management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
Package:
  • Competitive salary range of €55k - €65k based on experience and qualifications.
