Position: SHEQ Advisor

Package: €60,000 - €70,000 per annum

Overview:
Our client, a leader in the renewable energy and utilities sectors, is seeking a SHEQ Advisor with experience in safety, health, environmental, and quality management. The successful candidate will oversee compliance and promote safety and quality on key energy projects, ensuring regulatory standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SHEQ policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct site audits and inspections to assess adherence to safety, health, and quality standards.
• Deliver SHEQ training to staff and contractors to promote safe working practices.
• Investigate incidents, ensuring corrective measures are implemented and records maintained.
• Work closely with project teams to uphold SHEQ standards throughout all project stages.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a SHEQ role, ideally within utilities or renewable energy sectors.
• Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Assurance (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SHEQ management systems and software.
