Senior Project Manager

Role Overview:
Our client, a prestigious construction consultancy in New York City, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a luxury hotel/commercial project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to manage high-profile projects, including renovation and fit-out work, while working with a talented team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead and manage all phases of the hotel/commercial project from design through to handover.
• Oversee the renovation and fit-out process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality, and deadlines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Address and resolve project issues, risks, and changes.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all aspects of the project.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in hotel/commercial projects.
• Proven experience with projects from design to handover, including renovation and fit-out.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
