Senior Project Manager

We are working with a leading Mechanical Contractor based in Manhattan, NY, who is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile mechanical construction projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Lead and manage mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to project schedules and cost control.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term business opportunities.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical contracting and project management.
• Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred).
• Strong experience with HVAC systems and mechanical construction.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in New York City is a plus.
