Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leading architectural firm based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to lead a dynamic design office of 15-20 architects and technologists.

Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading large-scale residential and commercial projects from inception to completion. You will oversee design processes, project timelines, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15-20 architects and technologists.
• Oversee the design and delivery of large-scale residential and commercial projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project strategies to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior project management role within an architectural or design environment.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and planning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools.
