Your Role as a Senior Manager – Indirect Tax (VAT):

• Lead and manage both compliance and advisory VAT projects.
• Provide strategic VAT advice on large-scale and multidisciplinary assignments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage the development, training, and mentoring of junior team members.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, helping grow the VAT practice.
• Contribute to strategic decisions and operational management within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years' experience in VAT, ideally in a professional services or industry setting.
• Strong VAT technical skills and practical commercial experience.
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• A commercially driven mindset with strong business development capabilities.
• Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• A background in practice, industry, or tax authority roles is welcome.
