Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor

Introduction
ProSource are seeking an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor for major projects based in the Nordics. This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled CSA QS to contribute to large-scale, high-profile projects within datacentres, pharmaceuticals, and industrial facilities. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong track record in CSA packages who thrives in an fast-paced environment and is looking to make a substantial impact on complex projects.
  
Responsibilities

• Leading cost management, budgeting, and forecasting for civil, structural, and architectural packages on major projects.
• Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract documents, ensuring all CSA works are accurately documented.
• Managing subcontractor procurement, including contract formation, negotiation, and administration.
• Evaluating variations and claims, maintaining tight control of project changes, and resolving commercial issues.
• Conducting regular cost reporting and managing cash flow forecasts in collaboration with finance and project teams.
• Supporting project risk management and driving value engineering initiatives for CSA packages.
• Mentoring junior QS team members, fostering skill development and knowledge-sharing.

  
Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• 7+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a strong emphasis on CSA packages in complex projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale civil, structural, and architectural projects, preferably within data centers, pharmaceuticals, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with international forms of contract, such as NEC or FIDIC, and understanding of regional construction standards.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and experience with cost management software.
• Willingness to relocate to the Nordics for project duration and flexibility for international travel as needed.

  
Package

• Salary: €90,000 - €110,000, based on experience.
