Senior CAD Technician

ProSource are seeking an Experienced Civil Design/AutoCAD Technician for a position with a Kildare-based civil and structural engineering design consultancy.

*€50,000 - €55,000*

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects on behalf of both public and private sector clients.

Requirements 

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a design consultancy
• A solid understanding of Building Control Legislation, Building Regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Knowledge of drawing and detailing for infrastructural projects including but not limited to drainage , surface water, watermains, roads layout and levels junctions, car parks, etc.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and available to take up a position in the coming weeks.

Responsibilities 

• Producing accurate and detailed technical 2d/3d drawings and designs for civil and infrastructural projects.
• Prepare and review preliminary designs and reports using various software tools, followed by the development of detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team on a daily basis
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
