Prosource are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 8 years of experience to take a lead role in my clients Kildare office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from conception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design and construction are met. This is a key position with significant career progression opportunities, including the potential to move into an Associate level role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and support to the architectural team, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Design Development: Work closely with architects and other team members to develop detailed design solutions, including preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all work meets the firm's high standards.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the firm.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural technology, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field. Professional accreditation (e.g., CIAT) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction methodologies.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with an eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of work.
