Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: €60,000 - €75,000 D.O.E

About the Role: 

My client are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our innovative team in Dublin. In this role, you’ll lead architectural design and technical project delivery across diverse and impactful project types including Residential, Commercial, and Data Centres. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape each project’s journey from concept through completion, ensuring high standards of design, technical execution, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and technical delivery of Residential, Commercial, and Data Centre projects.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure project compliance with Irish building regulations and standards.
• Oversee and manage quality control processes, ensuring precise attention to detail across all project stages.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, addressing project needs and resolving challenges.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, ideally with experience in Residential, Commercial, and Data Centre projects.
• Strong understanding of Irish building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project environments.
• Experience with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
