They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. They work on a range of projects across different sectors such as large scale commercial, residential, healthcare and education. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site evaluations and provide expert advice on project feasibility, materials, and construction methods.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in our designs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of architectural projects and design capabilities.
