Our client, is a well-regarded accountancy practice based in Dublin 4, we are currently seeking a Semi-Senior / Part-Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant with solid practice experience who’s looking for variety, responsibility, and progression within a collaborative and friendly firm. You'll gain exposure to a mix of Audit, Accounts, Taxation, and Payroll duties, along with the opportunity to work with a truly interesting client base.
Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of financial statements for companies, sole traders, and partnerships
- Assisting in audit planning and execution under supervision
- Completion and submission of VAT, Income Tax, and Corporation Tax returns
- Processing and reviewing payroll for a portfolio of clients
- Regular client interaction and liaison with Revenue
- Supporting junior team members and reporting directly to managers/partners
Candidate Profile: - Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ practice experience in a similar role in Ireland
- Strong grounding across accounts prep, audit, taxation, and payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting packages (e.g. Sage)
- Interest in or experience with creative industry clients is an advantage
