Revit/AutoCAD Modeller

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Revit/AutoCAD Technician to work for a highly reputable consultancy.

You will be responsible for the planning, design & assure quality deliverable of the related construction projects. You will be expected to progress and train junior members of staff in the near future. This is opportunity will be based in Limerick City. 

€38K -€44k DOE

Key Requirements for the role:

• Advanced knowledge of Revit (essential).
• Strong knowledge of architectural and civil models, specifically building structures.
• Proven experience in modelling building services (mechanical and electrical), coordinating with architectural models, and integrating. elements such as piping, ducting, electrical systems, and equipment.
• Proficient in reading mechanical schematics and P&IDs, with a solid understanding of common mechanical piping, ducting, and electrical symbols.
• Skilled in sourcing relevant BIM models and libraries from manufacturer databases and incorporating them into internal libraries (Advantageous).
• Good understanding of BIM Execution Plans, ensuring that project quality aligns with established standards.
• Experience using the ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Revit/BIM Technician using Revit MEP, working within a team of technicians and engineers on residential, commercial or related structures.
• In-depth knowledge of parametric design principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in Irish projects preferred.
