Residential BER Assessor

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Residential BER Assessor to join a forward-thinking and award-winning sustainability consultancy in Dublin. This is a great chance for someone passionate about sustainability and energy performance to work on a wide range of high-impact projects across Ireland and the UK.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering services such as Building Energy Modelling, Façade Analysis, Daylight & Thermal Comfort Studies, Part L Compliance, BER Ratings, and certification support including LEED and BREEAM.


About You:

• Level 7/8 degree in Building Services Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• Registered Residential BER Assessor.
• Experience conducting BER assessments and calculations.
• Familiar with IES VE software and Irish Building Regulations (Part L).
• Comfortable taking site measurements and calculating surface areas.
• Knowledge of construction materials and building services.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Full Irish driving licence.
