Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning guidelines, and industry standards.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to design reviews, feasibility studies, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

• RIAI registration is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Proven experience in delivering projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and planning procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design and technical expertise.
