RIAI Registered Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects and contribute to shaping the architectural landscape of Dublin and beyond.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning guidelines, and industry standards.
- Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to design reviews, feasibility studies, and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements: - RIAI registration is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Proven experience in delivering projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and planning procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
