Quantity Surveyor

ProSource Group are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a specialist subcontractor based in North Monaghan. The selected candidate will be working on a variety of sectors such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Data Centres and Manufacturing.
€55k - €70k on offer, depending on experience.

Requirements
· Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
· Degree qualified with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Must be commercially and contractually aware.
· Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
· Willingness to learn to use estimating software.
  
Responsibilities:
· Oversee change order procedures.
· Manage and administer subcontractor finances.
· Ensure timely procurement of subcontractors and specialized suppliers.
· Regularly update project financial records and payment claims.
· Prepare and finalize project accounts for approval.
· Assist the commercial team in securing new projects through tendering.
· Contribute to presentations and tender negotiations.
· Foster positive working relationships with clients.
