Quality Manager - Tier 1 Main Contactor

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a leading Tier 1 Main Building Contractor, and are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards on a large mixed-use development project in Dublin, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct and manage quality audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Monitor all aspects of the construction process to ensure high-quality outcomes are consistently delivered.
• Identify and manage non-conformance issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection records, reports, and certifications
• Promote a culture of quality awareness across the project site.
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, liaising with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the construction sector, preferably on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments in the Irish/UK Construction Industry. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in non-conformance management and root cause analysis techniques.
