Qualified/ Part Qualified Accountant - Cavan

My client is an established accountancy practice in Cavan, with a proven track record of being more that just an accountant to their clients.  This is a full service practice, providing Accounting Services Bookkeeping, Payroll and Advice to clients based in Cavan, Monaghan, Meath, Longford and Leitrim. 

Due to continued growth this practice has an opening for a Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant.

The role will entail:

1. Managing a portfolio of clients and attending to their needs.
2. Preparation of Financial Statements, Management Accounts, VAT, VIES, RCT, Tax (Corporate/Income).
3. Attend Client Meetings.
4. Queries
5. Mentoring/training juniors.
6. Other adhoc duties as required.

You will have the following skills and Experiences:

• At least 2 years experience working in an Irish Accountancy Practice in Ireland.
• Proficient in English both at a personal and professional level. 
• Qualified Accountant or working towards fully qualification with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar.
• Good technical and soft skills.
• Excellent time management/ attention to detail. 
• Proficient with IFRS/IAS standards.
• Competent.
• Ambitious.
