Project Manager | Renewables

Our client, a leading contractor in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee renewable energy projects in the West of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and goals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly within the renewables sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
