Project Manager (Construction)

ProSource are seeking a Project Manager on behalf of a leading Cost and Project Management Consultancy based in Dublin, renowned for delivering exceptional services across commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
  
Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinating and leading multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Monitoring and managing risks, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place to address potential challenges.
• Managing procurement processes, including preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and building regulations.
• Leading project meetings, including progress reviews, design workshops, and client presentations.
• Managing project documentation, including progress reports, risk registers, and change control logs.

Requirements

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a project management role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects across various sectors.
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, procurement processes, and contract administration.
• Strong organisational, leadership , communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving client objectives.

• €60,000 - €70,000 DOE
