Project Engineer Renewable Energy

ProSource Group are seeking a Project Engineer Renewable Energy on behalf of one of Ireland's leading consultancies.

This role will be based in Dublin. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of large and small scale renewable energy projects. An attractive package with company benefits is on offer. 

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Preparation and coordination of civil, structural and environmental engineering details
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource evaluations to determine project viability.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, including system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate renewable energy systems into overall project designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and design teams.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on renewable energy solutions.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for renewable energy projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in renewable energy.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Honours Degree in Civil, Structural or Environmental Engineering 
• 3 years + experience 
• Excellent communication skills & writing skills
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project development
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is desirable
