What you'll be doing:

• Leading projects across all RIAI work stages
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients
• Overseeing planning applications, tender packages, and site supervision
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and local authority standards
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to design reviews

What we're looking for:

• RIAI Registered Architect (or eligible for registration)
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong project delivery experience, ideally in commercial or residential sectors
• Excellent design, technical and detailing skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
