Payroll/Bookkeepers/Accounts Technician (Dublin, Meath, Kildare)

My clients are an established Accountancy Group with the main office in Dublin, Kildare and Meath and servicing client across Ireland.   
They are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician/Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator to meet their needs.  

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a client portfolio using a pro-active, problem-solving approach whilst prioritising your workload to meet required deadlines
  • Preparation of accounts up to to the Trial Balance stage.
  • Processing Payroll and attending to any client queries that arise.
  • Submission of supporting documentation to revenue.
  • Preparation of VAT, RCT, PAYE, VIES returns.
  • General Bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Other adhoc duties as required.
  • Strong Personal Tax experience and knowledge is essential.
You will have the following skills/experience.
  • Qualified Accounting Technician/ Part Qualified Accountant
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in a similar accounting position in an Irish accountancy practice.
  • Excellent written/oral Communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good Character.
