My clients are an established Accountancy Group with the main office in Dublin, and servicing client across Ireland.   

They are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to meet the their clients growing needs. It is essential that you have Irish Accountancy Practice Experience.  

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a client portfolio using a pro-active, problem-solving approach whilst prioritising your workload to meet required deadlines.
  • Preparation of accounts up to to the Trial Balance stage.
  • Processing Payroll and attending to any client queries that arise.
  • Submission of supporting documentation to revenue.
  • Preparation of VAT, RCT, PAYE, VIES returns.
  • General Bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Other adhoc duties as required.
  • Strong Personal Tax experience and knowledge is essential.
You will have the following skills/experience.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an accountancy practice in Ireland undertaking payroll duties. 
  • Fluent in English (Desirable that English is your first language).
  • Excellent written/oral Communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good Character.
  • Gets on well with others.
