Role As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the financial aspects of our projects in the Greater Dublin Region, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing strategic direction and guidance to drive project success and profitability. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities - Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage contract negotiations, procurement processes, and administration of subcontractor agreements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including cost value reconciliations, to inform project stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide commercial support to project teams throughout the lifecycle of the project, from inception to completion.
Package - €95,000 - €105,000 DOE
