Overview:
Our client, a key player in utilities and telecommunications infrastructure, is looking for a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to support their project sites across Ireland. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate starting a career in H&S, offering hands-on experience and mentorship in safety management within the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct basic site inspections, identifying potential hazards and reporting findings to senior H&S personnel.
• Provide H&S inductions and training to site personnel to ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate records of safety activities, including inspections, audits, and training sessions.
• Support accident investigations and the preparation of incident reports as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Full, clean driving license preferred.
