HVAC Project Manager

We are working with a leading HVAC contractor based in Manhattan, NY, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-profile HVAC construction projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Lead and manage HVAC construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and cost control.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and resolve challenges or delays.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Foster collaborative teamwork and strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing future opportunities.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical contracting and HVAC project management.
• Strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical construction.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, particularly in New York City.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
