Overview:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager. This role offers a hybrid/remote working model, providing flexibility while contributing to high-profile engineering and infrastructure projects. This company is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions in the energy, transportation, and telecommunications sectors, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or infrastructure sectors.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote working environment.
