H&S Advisor | Specialist Contractor

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing and implementing H&S policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  3. Provide H&S inductions and ongoing training to site personnel.
  4. Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing reports and suggesting corrective actions.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of all H&S activities, including inspections, audits, and training records.
  6. Liaise with project managers, site teams, and contractors to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  7. Ensure all H&S regulations are up-to-date and aligned with current industry best practices.
  8. Promote a culture of safety awareness across all project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree or certification in Health & Safety or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within the construction or specialist contracting sector.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full driving license required.
Package Includes:
  • Competitive salary of €40,000 - €50,000 per annum.
