Graduate Architect

About the role: 

The ideal candidate will join a team responsible for designing and overseeing projects from their initial stages to completion. This role presents a chance for motivated individuals to engage with a range of projects and progress their career. The position is available for an immediate start and is based in Dublin.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Preparation and delivery of comprehensive planning and tender documentation.
• Accompanying senior architects on site visits to assess progress, resolve design issues, and ensure that construction aligns with the intended design.
• Assisting in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their needs and preferences, and communicating design concepts effectively.
• Conducting research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and other factors that may impact design decisions.
• Working closely with other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent in their communication and organizational capabilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative.
• Creation of design proposals of a very high quality. 
• Proficient experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Sketchup modelling.
