ProSource are seeking Technicians of all experience levels on behalf of their client, who are a growing consultancy based in Mayo working on a range of projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
Responsibilities - Creating technical drawings for residential projects with AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Revising and updating drawings in response to project feedback and changes.
- Coordinating design information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organising and managing documentation of drawings and associated project files.
- Assisting project teams with the compilation of construction and post-construction data.
Requirements - Level 7 degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations, Building Control Legislation, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, and Revit, with the ability to create accurate technical drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Eligible to work in Ireland
