Corporate Finance Manager/ Accountant

My client is an established Corporate Finance Advisory firm based in Westmeath. They are seeking an experienced Accountant who has worked in Corporate Finance or a qualified accountant who has worked in practice with Medium sized companies.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

1. Assist clients through the transaction process, from preparation, negotiation of terms, legal/finance due diligence.
2. Coordinate and manage projects.
3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Cross team collaboration.
5. Report writing & Financial Analysis.
6. Other adhoc requests. 

You will have the following skills & Experiences.

• At least 2 years experience working in Corporate Finance or Qualified Accountant working with Medium sized companies in a practice environment.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset.
• Self motivated.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Authorised to work in Ireland with any visa restrictions.
