Company Accountant

My client is an established architecture firm, they are seeking an in house company accountant to deal with the needs of a growing business.  This opportunity is based in West Dublin.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the Finance function and reporting directly to the company directors.
• Preparation of VAT, VIES, Corp Tax.
• Ensuring all AP/AR requirements are met.
• Month end close, related journals.
• Preparation of management and statutory accounts.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Budgeting, cashflow analysis, project analysis. 
• Attending to all finance queries. 

Your skills and experiences:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years experience PQE.
• Knowledge of the construction sector and an understanding of architecture would be desirable.
• Organised approach to work, with an ability to manage expectations. 
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Proficient with Irish accounting standards.
• Can do attitude.
