Our client, a leading civil engineering and construction contractor, is seeking motivated Site Engineers to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years’ experience or recent graduates with less experience, looking to develop their careers within a dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will work on a variety of infrastructure projects, contributing to their delivery and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out setting out, surveying, and levelling tasks to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy on-site.
  • Assist in monitoring site progress and maintaining project documentation, including daily logs and quality control records.
  • Collaborate with site managers and subcontractors to coordinate activities and achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support the senior engineering team in problem-solving and technical decision-making.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, including progress updates and risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a site engineering role, ideally within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in setting out, surveying equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
Package Includes:
  • Competitive salary of €42,000 - €48,000 per annum.
