My client, a well-established firm located in Clonmel, Tipperary, is looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to join their team.

Job Description:
  • Process and input weekly wage hours.
  • Complete weekly payroll using the Sage Micropay system.
  • Verify holiday entitlements for employees.
  • Manage P45s and onboarding for new hires.
  • Advertise job openings and coordinate interview schedules for candidates.
  • Address payroll-related queries.
  • Organise and administer on-site training sessions.
  • Handle general office tasks and accounting duties.
Requirements:
  1. Accounting Technician / Part-qualified Accountant / Qualified Accountant.
  2. Prior experience in payroll and accounts.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. A collaborative team player.
