BIM Coordinator - Main Building Contractor

ProSource are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator on behalf of their client to join their team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 Main Building Contractor, supporting the delivery of major construction projects through the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Coordinate BIM processes across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to manage digital construction workflows.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with company and project-specific requirements.
• Assist in clash detection and resolution using software such as Navisworks or Solibri.
• Manage and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and subcontractors on BIM standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and other relevant industry standards.
• Generate and manage 4D and 5D BIM models for project planning and cost analysis.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM role within a construction or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of clash detection, model coordination, and data management.
