BIM / CAD Technician

ProSource are seeking an experienced BIM / CAD Technician for a position in Dublin.

*€40,000 - €45,000*

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from small-scale residential developments to large multi-unit residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring a broad and rewarding professional experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations, Building Control Legislation, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to create accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Eligible to work in Ireland

Role:

• Creating technical drawings for residential projects with AutoCAD and Revit
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Revising and updating drawings in response to project feedback and changes.
• Coordinating design information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Organising and managing documentation of drawings and associated project files.
• Assisting project teams with the compilation of construction and post-construction data.
