Our client is seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join their growing team. The successful candidate will work along side the partners/ senior manager on audit files (across industries including; FS, Construction, pharma & Technology etc).
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in managing audit assignments across various sectors.
Carefully plan and prepare for audits, ensuring the team is aware of assignment-specific risks.
Produce accurate financial statements and high-quality audit reports, including practical recommendations to reduce risks and improve controls.
Efficiently oversee multiple audit assignments, making the best use of time and resources.
Develop strong working relationships with client staff to ensure a smooth audit process.
Keep the Partner informed of any significant issues arising during the work.
Carry out audit assignments to a high standard, complying with regulations and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
Familiar with IAS, IFRS accounting standards.
Audit & Accounts experience - Irish practice environment.
Broad mix of experience working with different clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management skills.
High level of attention details.
Gets on well with others, and has the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
Renumeration:
Salary €45,000- €58,000
