They are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
  • Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and provide technical support.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all architectural documents and drawings.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural technologist role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes in Ireland.
  • Excellent technical drawing and design skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your technical skills and previous projects.
