My client is an established Engineering & Maintenance Company based in Dublin 10 they are seeking a new Accounts/Admin Assistant to join the team.
This role will provide support to the Administration & Accounts team and the role will involve:
- Maintain good working relationship with follow employees
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Providing support for management & office staff
- Providing support for field staff
- Keep all records up to date
- Ensure prompt delivery of reports to customers
- Keeping schedules up to date
- Any other duties requested by management
- Processing / pay suppliers invoices
- Prompted preparing and issuing of sales invoices
- Updating the Sage accounts system
- Credit control and debt collection
- Keeping computer programmes updated
- Prepare weekly / monthly accounts statements
- Reconcile payments from customers
- Filing
You will have the following skills / experience:
- At least 2 years experience working in a finance team.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.
- Experience in Sage50 accounts packages - an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good telephone manor.
- Gets on well with other people.
