My client is an established Engineering & Maintenance Company based in Dublin 10 they are seeking a new Accounts/Admin Assistant to join the team.

This role will provide support to the Administration & Accounts team and the role will involve:
  • Maintain good working relationship with follow employees 
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Providing support for management & office staff
  • Providing support for field staff
  • Keep all records up to date
  • Ensure prompt delivery of reports to customers
  • Keeping schedules up to date
  • Any other duties requested by management
  • Processing / pay suppliers invoices
  • Prompted preparing and issuing of sales invoices
  • Updating the Sage accounts system
  • Credit control and debt collection
  • Keeping computer programmes updated
  • Prepare weekly / monthly accounts statements
  • Reconcile payments from customers
  • Filing

You will have the following skills / experience:
  1. At least 2 years experience working in a finance team.
  2. Strong computer skills including Microsoft word and excel.
  3. Experience in Sage50 accounts packages - an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication skills. 
  5. Good telephone manor.
  6. Gets on well with other people.
