Accounts Assistant - Williamstown

My client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator/ Accounts Assistant to join the team in Williamstown, Galway. 

This will be a busy role and your responsibilities will include:
  1. Working with the managing directors to ensure that offices administration duties are fulfilled.
  2. Responsibility for managing Debtors/Creditors, Bank reconciliations, matching invoices/PO numbers and arranging payments, following up on queries to suppliers/customers as required.
  3. Cross collaboration across all business interests.
  4. Managing Payments.
  5. Payroll processing.
  6. Holiday tracking/ sick leave etc..
  7. Other adhoc duties as required.

You will have the following skills and experiences:
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Prior experience working in an office environment - essential.
  • Familiarity with Sage is desirable.
  • Good phone manner, and ability to communicate with people at all levels within the business. 
  • Takes direction well and works effectively as part of a team. 
  • Access to a car, as some travel between offices maybe required.
